Alice Williams Brotherton (ur. 1848, zm. 1930) – amerykańska poetka.
Życiorys
Urodziła się 4 kwietnia 1848 roku w Cambridge, w stanie Indiana. Przez długi czas mieszkała w Cincinnati, w stanie Ohio. Jej rodzicami byli Alfred Baldwin Williams oraz Ruth Hoge Johnson. Zawarła związek małżeński z Williamem Ernestem Brothertonem. W swoim dorobku literackim ma tomiki poezji, takie jak Beyond the Veil (1886) oraz The Sailing of King Olaf, and Other Poems (1887). Tworzyła sonety, w tym jeden, który poświęciła Williamowi Szekspirowi. Pisała również hymny religijne, a jednym z jej znanych utworów jest Consider the Lilies, How Stately They Grow.
